In White House Vs. Fox News War Of Words, Who Gets Your Vote?
We recently received an email about this poll. NPR has hosted a poll for people to indicate where they stand on the issue of the White House saying Fox News is not a news organization. Click on the link above to go there, read the post, and vote. Apparently many of us did, since as of October 30, 2009 there were over 462,000 responses. Guess who the clear majority supports?

This is a sign of things to come for the 2010 election. We as taxpayers, be we Democrat, Republican, or Independent, are fed up with unsustainable debt and continued spending for unconstitutional matters. We want our questions answered and fiscal restraint. Our elected officials by and large are ignoring us when we ask for information or for them to exercise restraint when spending our money. If they ignore one news organization, who is next?
Do something about it!!!
1) Register to vote: Florida Division of Elections
2) Find out who your elected officials are: Click here and enter your ZIP code. You may need your ZIP+4 that is on most mail you receive to find your Representative. Call, write, or email them with your concerns.
3) Look at their voting record: Open Congress.org If they have supported big government and spending bills in the past, do you think they will change?
4) Talk to your friends, co-workers, and neighbors. Like it or not, politics affect all of us. If you don't get involved now, it may be too late to do so later.
5) Stay tuned here, as we will be presenting candidate information for the 2010 and subsequent elections. The ballot box is the only absolute control we have over elected officials that do not listen to those that reside in their districts. We must use it wisely.
